You can customize your color palette by editing the lors variable in your file, or customize just your background colors using the theme.backgroundColor section of your Tailwind config.

I'm aware that some inboxes don't support :hover, but it's odd that the first one is working (Outlook, Mac) and the other is not. Older or lower spec computers such as Chromebooks may have difficulty running the Tailwind dashboard quickly. If you're sure that text-grey-darkest exists, make sure that any statements are being properly processed before Tailwind CSS sees your CSS, as can only be used for classes in the same CSS tree.
